1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after our team acknowledges it via WhatsApp or phone. Website form submission is a request, not a guarantee of vehicle availability.
2. Fare & Payment
All fares are per the quotation shared at confirmation. Toll charges, parking, state permits and any driver stay/food expenses (for multi-day outstation trips) are payable additionally unless explicitly included. Payment can be made via cash, UPI or bank transfer.
3. Vehicle Substitution
In the rare event that the exact requested vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a vehicle of equivalent or higher category at no extra cost.
4. Passenger Conduct
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Passengers found to be damaging the vehicle will be liable for repair costs.
5. Liability
VVPSS Pvt. Ltd. Taxi Services acts as a service provider. In the event of an accident or any unforeseen incident, liability is limited to the extent covered by the vehicle insurance policy.
6. GST Invoicing
GST-compliant invoices are provided on request for corporate bookings. Please share your GSTIN and billing details at the time of booking.
7. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India.
