Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment Refunds
If you have made an advance payment and the booking is cancelled by you 6+ hours prior to pickup, 100% of the advance is refunded (bank transfer processing may take 3–5 business days).
2. Cancellation Within 6 Hours
Cancellations made within 6 hours of scheduled pickup will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
3. No-Show
If the passenger is a no-show at the pickup location, no refund will be provided.
4. Trip Cancelled By Us
In the unlikely event that VVPSS has to cancel your booking, 100% of the amount is refunded. We will also try our best to arrange an alternate vehicle.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email vvpsspvtltdtaxiservices@gmail.com with your booking ID, mobile number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
