Yes. Every listed vehicle is offered with a driver, and the advertised total includes the driver seat. A 5-seater carries four passengers, a 7-seater carries six, and the 13-seater Force Trax Cruiser carries twelve passengers plus the driver. Vehicle pages show the passenger and driver split.

All outstation vehicles have minimum billing of 250 KM per day. Driver, diesel/fuel, toll, parking, border charges and applicable night charges are included. Only 5% GST is extra.

All listed vehicles have AC and a music system. Tempo Travellers have pushback seats and luxury modifications; the Force Trax Cruiser has a roof luggage carrier. Check the selected vehicle page for its seating, fuel type, photos and luggage details, and confirm that your bags fit before booking.

The local base package covers 120 KM and 12 hours, with fuel charged separately at the selected vehicle’s stated KM-per-litre billing ratio. Fuel billing uses actual running with a minimum of 120 KM. Duty beyond 12 hours is charged at that vehicle’s extra-hour rate. Toll, parking, border charges, night charges and driver meals are extra; other road expenses are also extra for local Traveller bookings.

No. There is no separate per-KM hire charge beyond 120 KM. Fuel is charged for actual running with a minimum of 120 KM, and extra duty beyond 12 hours attracts the selected vehicle’s hourly charge. Other applicable trip expenses remain extra.

Send the duty hours, operating days, expected kilometres, pickup locations and preferred vehicle. Monthly availability, included distance, driver duty, fuel and billing terms require a separate agreed quote.

Send your dates and itinerary as early as possible, especially for a large group, festival or wedding. Vehicle availability and dispatch time must be confirmed; an enquiry alone does not guarantee an immediate or same-day pickup.

5% GST extra applies to all bookings, for every vehicle, service and location. Listed fares exclude GST. Calculator totals include the GST shown in the breakdown; it is not added a second time. The final quote shows the fare, GST and total separately. Any charges not yet priced in the calculator, including local fuel and other trip extras, and their GST will be confirmed before booking.

For customer cancellations, tokens, advances and partial payments are non-refundable. Only fully paid bookings qualify: 60 or more calendar days before pickup — 50% refund; 30–59 days — 15%; fewer than 30 days or a no-show — no refund. Company cancellation and service-not-provided exceptions, and applicable legal rights, remain available. A full-payment refund is calculated on the confirmed amount paid, including any token already credited; the token is not deducted a second time.

Confirm cash, UPI or bank-transfer details, the required token, balance due date and receipt with our team before paying. For customer cancellations, a booking token, advance or partial payment is non-refundable, regardless of how early the cancellation is requested. If we cancel or cannot provide the booked service and no suitable alternative is accepted, the payment is refunded in full, including the token.

Air-conditioning (AC) will remain switched off while travelling in hill-station areas, on hilly roads, slopes or steep inclines. This condition applies to all vehicles, including vehicles booked under an AC package. Please take this condition into account when confirming a journey involving these areas.

Smoking or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle is prohibited and attracts a ₹1,000 fine. Vomiting or customer-caused dirt requiring extra cleaning attracts ₹1,000; excessive soiling requiring deep cleaning attracts ₹1,500 instead of ₹1,000 for the same incident. Physical damage is charged at actual repair cost, without charging again for the same cleaning work.
